Unlike your experience with a traditional wedding venue, renting our facility gives you the opportunity to select from a wide variety of food providers. As you probably know the Traverse City area is “foodie destination”. Many of our restaurants and caterers offer unmatched quality and selection when it comes to food. We have the added advantage of a vibrant, local agricultural community providing local foods to discriminating vendors. We feel confident recommending: There are many excellent caterers but these are a few of our favorites. The second call you need to make is for the rental of tables, chairs and linens. Again, the Traverse City area has a number of businesses that specialize in providing these services. You have a selection of vendors and products. The third call you will have to make is for portable toilet facilities. (Barns don’t have bathrooms) Modern portable toilet facilities can be as fancy as any you would find in a fine hotel. Some trailer facilities come with flushing china toilets, hot and cold running water, music, air conditioning and hardwood cabinetry and doors. Even basic facilities have lighting and running water. for reasonably priced, high quality facilities. So, with a few extra phone calls you have exactly what you want….your way! We can promise you that for a little extra effort you will have an amazing wedding that no one will forget.
