At 3:15, there were no chairs. We called multiple times and got no answer, having to finally drive to their facility to see that they were barely loading the chairs and still had to drive over to the ceremony venue. The chairs were finally brought to the location, but were still being set up as guests arrived. After the ceremony, the chairs were to be picked up at 5, as the reception was at a different location at 6.
We again called (to no avail) as 6 o clock came and went with nobody there to get the chairs. One of the wedding guests had to stay back at the ceremony location to wait for them to pick up the chairs, and well after 7pm they STILL had not showed up and would not answer any calls. Even if they were running late, they had contact information for us and did not even bother to communicate with us.
