Our white chairs are washed after each use when they are returned to our warehouse, to ensure cleanliness and find any defect on chairs. This is all done by hand to prevent problems with equipment from not being seen. Broken chairs and upholstery tears are often missed with machine washed chairs. It is important to us to find all issues with equipment and not our customer when they are setting up for their event. We realize that issues occur at inconvenient times and normally after normal hours. This is why our customers are provided with an emergency number so we can be reached 24/7. We specialize in party rentals, tent rentals, table and chair rentals, linen rentals, dance floor and stage rentals for the greater OKC area and beyond!

We only rent out for private functions (weddings, receptions, fundraisers, etc). All concerts are booked exclusively by Doc Roc Productions. Yes, our normal box office hours are 10am – 12pm and 1pm – 5pm. On the night of shows, the box office will open approximately 1 hour prior to doors. We do close the box office on common holidays and sometimes uncommon ones. You may check our social media sites for updates on unexpected closings (Facebook/Twitter/Instagram). These tickets are available to the public and can be purchased once tickets go on sale, but there is a very limited capacity. The Mezzanine offers a private bar and bathroom, as well as limited seating. A Mezzanine ticket does not restrict you to this area, but also allows you the option of being on the floor as well. This area is restricted to people 21+. The view is somewhat obstructed due to the famous support beams at Cain’s Ballroom as you can see below. All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges unless the headliner cancels. If this occurs, refund info will be available on the event detail page. The benefit to purchasing tickets online or by phone is that refunds are automatically processed by TicketFly when necessary. If you purchase in person at Cain’s, you would need to revisit the box office to obtain your refund.
