If your wedding is during normal visitor center hours, you and your guests can access the building (washrooms, etc.) freely.  If you plan to hold a ceremony outside of normal visitor center hours, we cannot provide access to the building’s restrooms unless you proceed with a facility rental.Does Fenner offer rental equipment for outdoor use?We do not provide rentals of chairs or tables for outdoor ceremonies.  Building rentals include indoor use of tables/chairs. Can I bring in and use my own equipment for outdoor ceremonies?If you would like to bring in your own chairs, etc., please contact us ahead of time for pre-approval. (Certain environments on the property are too fragile to allow for chair placement for large groups of people).  We request similar notification if you want to erect a tent.  According to city guidelines, tents must be less than 120 sq. feet in size.  Erecting any tent 120 sq. ft. or larger requires a building permit.  Information on permits can be obtained through the city’s website HERE.
