Just needed a few items and wanted to get out quickly.

The check-out was all the way on the other side from where I parked, and the checker could have not cared less about me as a customer. The store itself is nice and the greeter when I came into the store was very nice. They are a great team of helpful courteous and knowledgeable customer service people. Makes going there quick and easy. I purchased a Ryobi generator in Ankeny. When I got home, I realized it was damaged and they did not have a replacement. I was told there was one in stock in this store and that it would be put at the service desk with my name on it. I drove all the way out there to learn that there was not a replacement here or anywhere in the local area. I would have gone back to the closer store (Ankeny) had I known this. It was a waste of my time and gas and I'm not happy about it. Clean,Neat and very helpful. I had a great experience buying a live xmas tree. The person who took care of getting the tree ready was extremely helpful, friendly, and we had a nice conversation.

I definitely will be going back to this store for my future needs. I found the Dewalt miter saw that I wanted at the best price around. This store has many visible and helpful employees who ask you if you need help. If they are not an expert they will find one for you. Thank you again Jennifer for going out of your way and making the time to find extra Christmas lights that were needed. I live an hour from West Des Moines so when I saw online a couple of different Christmas trees that I was interested in seeing before purchasing, I called the West Des Moines store to make sure they had the two trees in stock. The sales person was very helpful and gave me the information I needed before I drove the hour. My husband headed out after work, got to the store, made our selection and were in and out in time to grab a nice meal out.The Des Moines Register Classifieds Introducing our new online system Now it’s easier than ever to place an ad and find what you’re looking for—24 hours a day, seven days a week.
