Offering a hub for services and provision for the community these include temporary emergency accommodation for young people, a drop-in Youth Café 6 days a week, shared and studio flat accommodation for young people, community meeting place, fitness suite and a meeting and training room. YMCA Youth Café is provided in partnership with Weston–super-Mare Town Council to provide a safe space where young people can socialise, meet with friends and engage in activities and events. The Youth café is open 6 days a week after school and on Saturdays and weekday daytimes during school holidays. We offer young people somewhere legitimate to spend time and have fun whilst developing their skills and confidence.
The recent refurbishment means the café looks great and offers hot and cold snacks and drinks, a pool table, sofas, social spaces, games consoles, board games, computers and much more. On Monday nights from 6pm-9pm YMCA Weston-super-Mare holds a social evening with entertainment for adults with learning difficulties.
