Since then I have built a good reputation and enjoy strong business relationships within the Hertfordshire, Middlesex and Essex areas. I am extremely proud of the services we provide at Cupids Chair Covers and the excellent feedback we receive from our brides. All goods shall remain the property of the owner Cupids Chair Covers. A deposit of £50.00 which is payable by cheque is taken in advance to secure your booking with Cupids Chair Covers. This deposit is non refundable and non-transferable. Important notes Your booking is guaranteed as soon as we receive your completed booking form and deposit. Whilst the goods are on hire the client has the sole responsibility for all goods from the time of set up until the goods have been collected or returned.
There will be a £75.00 holding deposit which will be returned within 7 days after your function date subject to nil damage or loss. The owner will not be responsible for any injury or damage to persons or property however sustained arising from the goods hired. We cannot guarantee availability of Organza unless chosen three months prior to your function date. If Cupids Chair Covers are unable to supply items we reserve the right to supply a suitable replacement. The contract you sign is subject to a cancellation fee, all cancellations must be made in writing ie 30 days or under 50%of the total price is payable 31 days and over - loss of deposit. Final payment and holding deposit is due no later than 14 days prior to your event date. Our set up and collection are free within a radius of 30 miles from EN7 however we obtain the right to charge mileage outside this area. based in Essex and with over 20 years experience in the industry, we have extensive knowledge and a wealth of experience to share with you, helping to create your dream wedding reception. We understand the importance of your wedding day and offer custom made chair covers that fit, sashes are available in organza, satin, lace and taffeta. Chair hoods are also available in organza and lace. For the added 'wow' factor brooches, buckles, flowers and butterflies can be added to the chair backs to compliment the wedding theme.
