The venue's Event Gallery accommodates both wedding ceremonies and receptions, lending rustic charm to nuptials with old brickwork and exposed wood beams. The gallery can seat up to 200 people, so there is ample room for food serving areas, dancing and amenities. The Cotton Company is close to a bed and breakfast and less than 10 minutes from several hotels, so those who wish to not travel far after the reception have convenient lodging options. Additional guests are allowed for an add-on, per guest fee. The venue requires a $1,000 deposit to hold the rental. Holiday pricing costs extra and applies to Thanksgiving Day and weekend, Christmas Eve and Christmas Day, New Year's Eve and Easter weekend. Rental items not included in the packages are available for an additional fee. The Cotton Company is licensed for wine, beer and champagne, and couples wishing to serve these must purchase them through the venue. Cocktails and liquor are permitted through a licensed caterer. Couples with confirmed bookings receive a complimentary consultation for beer and wine. Smoking is only permitted outside in a designated area. The package prices include tax, and the venue states that there are no hidden fees or security deposit upcharges. Pretty good venue, affordable This was the cheapest venue I could find, and since we were on a very tight budget, that was one of our top concerns. We used it for both the ceremony and reception. They provided the chairs and told s we'd need to rent tables and linens because they only had two 8' long...




Provided the feel that we wanted for our wedding reception. We changed the lights out and it looked awesome! Good size for our number of guests (120) Quaint, rustic feel even though it can seat a lot of folks. Our pictures came out beautiful against the brick and the lights. Beth is wonderful to work with. We had a free wine tasting to find just the right wine for our event. My wedding, on July 23, 2011, was at the Cotton Company. The space was wonderful. Everyone loved the reception! Everyone was very helpful, and the night when on with no problems! I'd reccommend it to anyone! The director of the cotton company changed half way through my working with them. Despite that, the continuity of service I received was ver good. There way a little bit of confusion with tables and the number ordered, but overall I really enjoyed this venue. November 13th Wedding Reception I worked with Amanda at the Cotton Company for about 7 months, and she was very detail oriented!
