for their special days.  Regular rental for an evening wedding and reception is 8 hours.  Morning wedding rental is 6 hours.  Additional hours beyond contracted period is $200 per hour. Hours for birthday parties, baby showers, graduation parties, rehearsal dinners, holiday parties and various corporate activities may vary.  50% deposit is required to reserve a date.  The remaining balances must be paid 120 days prior to the event. Others:    * White table clothes can be provided at $10 per linen.     * A wedding/event coordinator can be provided at $500/event to assist       customers with their rehearsal at the mansion, 2 planning meetings        and on the day of the wedding.   * DJ service and floral packages available upon request.     * Set up, tear down and clean up fee is $250 for 120 + pp.  ​   * Holiday fee of $300 will be added for events on public holidays,      Christmas eve and New Year's eve.We welcome non-profit organizations, law enforcement, firemen and military families:  Inquiry for price discount for your group. Not only does it have a state of the art Audio Visual room perfect for business meetings and presentations, it contains 2 other rooms perfect for medium to large receptions.




The main hall has a view of Woodward Park with an area for dancing under a skylight. The Hall of Fame Gallery will accommodate up to 175-200 people for a standing reception or up to 96 seated at 60” rounds with 8 chairs at each table, or 125 in theatre-style seating. Please consult with the Events Coordinator for room arrangements. The Audio-Visual Room will accommodate 48 seated at 60” rounds, 30 – 40 seminar style with 8 foot tables, or 70 theater style. The Travis Mansion room will accommodate up to 175-200 people for a standing reception, 120-136 seated at 60″ rounds, or 150 in theatre-style seating. Reserving the Broadway for your own custom event is very affordable.  Our rates for the Main Hall for a weekend evening start at just $2300.00 for up to 100 people. Expecting more than 100 guests?  Renting the entire building for a group of  up to 200 is very affordable at $2900.00 and lots of unique ambience!Reserving the venue during the week is an economical option for your group or organization.  Monday through Thursday evening rates start at $1800.00 for a full 7 hour event from 4:00 - 11:00 p.m.Want to have a wedding ceremony and reception?  For an additional $800.00, you may have the ceremony and party all in the same location and have the added benefit of a rehearsal and drop-off time the day before the wedding, a wedding director to assist with the logistics of your ceremony, and a beautiful bride's room for your use.Do you need a large private room for a corporate luncheon event?  We have weekday rentals that start at $800 for a four hour block for the Main Hall.Look over our list of services we provide:Tables Chairs and Linens:The Broadway provides  tables and chairs for your event at no additional charge. 




If you need additional tables or chairs beyond our in-house inventory, we will make arrangements to have them here for your use.  We have table linens which we provide for a modest rental fee and all tables will be draped when you arrive. The Broadway has a large inventory of overlays, runners, and specialty linens in a variety of styles and fabrics which will all be available at an additional charge for your ease of use.  Remember that The Broadway will set up and tear down all tables, chairs and tablecloths on the day of the event!Catering:We have an extensive list of catering partners for you to choose from which will  provide exceptional service and tasty food for your event.  Our partners are varied so you may find the perfect "fit' for your event!Alcohol, Bartending, and SecurityWe offer choices for your alcohol needs for your event.  You may purchase your own alcohol, and we can assist you in locating a professional, licensed and insured bartender to set up the bar and serve your guests. 




Many of our catering partners can also provide a cash bar for your convenience, or may allow you to purchase alcohol through them for open bar service for your guests.  The Broadway can assist you in finding the best option for your needs.All evening events also have security included in your package.  The Broadway will hire an off-duty Tulsa Police officer for building and parking lot security during your event to provide you and your guests complete peace of mind!Audio and Video ServicesThe Broadway also offers you choices in your audio and video needs.  We welcome DJs to come in and set up their own complete systems, as well as bands with prior approval. To save time and effort, we can provide you with complete DJ services through The Broadway or we can provide you with a list of local approved DJs that have partnered with The Broadway for your complete DJ services.  if you prefer to provide your own playlist, we have a in-house audio system for your use as well as wireless microphones for your own emcee or speeches, or a lapel microphone for your speaker, presenter, or wedding officiant.
