Aurora has 20 city parks that offer reservable shelters with grills, including the Aurora Reservoir. All other park shelters are free and first come, first served during park hours: 5 a.m. to 11 p.m. Reserving one of the shelters below guarantees your use of that shelter; however, if it is not reserved then they are first come, first served. Make your shelter reservations now using our convenient online system. Please note: shelter reservations close Wednesdays at 5 p.m. for the weekend through the following Wednesday. Park shelter reservation season runs from April through mid-October. Reserving a park shelter guarantees your exclusive use of the shelter for the day. The shelter will be serviced prior to your use. Reservations start times are between 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. All reservations are for the full day. For questions or to make a park shelter reservation, please call 303.739.7213.
