Great Experience and Value! I had the best experience with Premiere Party Central for my wedding rentals. I was able to book my linens, chargers, and chivari chairs during their "Progressive Sale" and was able to upgrade to nicer linens because of it. Through working with Delores and Ken I also was able to... I was lucky enough to find out about the once a year 50% off linen sale. It allowed us to get quality premium linens for half price. It only applies to Table cloths and chair ties but if they are half off you can spend more for chair covers if you'd like them and we did!! I got our linens here and was able to add more just a few days out! Loved working with Premiere Events. I worked with Alison and she was beyond helpful. She helped me pick out the prefect tent and linens for our event and it was absolutely beautiful. They're also super flexible in helping you make changes and timely with their deliveries.... Very upset with premier rental. I paid to rent 200 chiavari chairs, I later added 5 more.
Like with any other vendor with a signed contracted I expected the 205 chairs to show up. When my husband and I entered our ballroom for a sneak peak I was upset to see foldable chairs out... Premiere was so easy to work with. I planned my wedding from out of town so I couldn't go and physically pick out linens.. they sent me samples (no prompting involved) to look at and help narrow my choices. They were responsive and had great prices. Great selection and really unique linens. Awesome service, products, and prices!! They were very attentive to detail and didn't mind the millions of phone calls they received from me!! We went with Premiere Events because we got a discount through our coordinator. The representative we went through was very helpful and patient with us throughout the whole process. The colors of the tablecloths and napkins were all the same. The pricing is a little awkward,... I had a friend who was helping me plan, so had already done much of the work, but wanted a day-of-coordinator.
Premeire Events set up a custom package for me to provide the services I needed and Rebecca did a fabulous job - especially since she came in partway through the... We really lost out on this one. From the get-go, we decided to do a shared tent with the Saturday bride and we had awful customer service from Carrie. We ended up canceling our tent rental because the weather was so beautiful. The ceremony space looked absolutely beautiful once they were finished setting up (we had to switch from outdoor to indoor at the last minute) and our contacts, Alison and... Our rep Trace did an amazing job helping us with the rental process, making selections, and has the patience of a saint as rain came into the forecast for our outdoor wedding.
