http://xChainge.io – is the first completely decentralized solution for secure and anonymous token storage and exchange that utilizes the best UX/UI practices of modern online banking applications.
xChainge crowdsale will start on December 5th, 2017, where XCT tokens will be offered on a Dutch auction.
What does it mean?
It means the crowdsale will start at a fixed token price of 0.05 ETH that will decrease hourly until it reaches 0.005 ETH per token, on December 30th. At the moment the crowdsale is shut down all remaining open bids will be closed at the final price 0.005 ETH per token.
How does the Dutch auction work?
Actually, the Dutch auction is a fair thing. You send an amount of ETH to our smart contract at any time you think the price for XCT token is acceptable. But eventually all investors will get tokens issued at the same close price of the auction. It could be 0.005 ETH (±1$) per token, if investors do not purchase out all the tokens offered before the crowdsale ends, or higher, if the market values the project higher and all 20,000,000 tokens are distributed among investors before it is over. So, feel free to invest any sum and at any time during the auction and wait to see what the market thinks of the project. As tokens finally issued are distributed among investors proportionally to the sum they invested, you probably will get more tokens than you expected initially.
Cornerstones of xChainge crowdsale
20,000,000 XCT tokens will be offered to investors during the auction.
We expect to collect not less than 10,000 ETH (or about $3.5 million) for tokens issued (that is the soft cap).
At total 23,529,412 XCT tokens will be emitted where 15% would be distributed among the Team & Bounty campaign participants.
All unsold tokens will be destroyed.
What are your reasons?
We are going to spend money collected at the development of a freeware and open source software product to let the whole blockchain community use it without any charges or restrictions. We believe in absolute freedom of the decentralized world where ideas found and projects initiated could grow freely without any limits. Besides, the idea to create the completely decentralized solution in storing and trading crypto assets was a fantastic scientific challenge for us, as three PhD in Maths are in our Team.

We believe in absolute freedom of the decentralized world where ideas found and projects initiated could grow freely without any limits. Besides, the idea to create the completely decentralized solution in storing and trading crypto assets was a fantastic scientific challenge for us, as three PhD in Maths are the key members of our Team.

Actually, we spent much time to make it a kind of absolute perfection paying less attention to promotion of our project thread at BTT.
