So the one star is so I could submit this. Asked about getting windows cut yesterday.. Len, the owner told me to send my handyman the following morning between 8-8:30 am to have the glass cut because after that they are not in the shop. I sent him just as directed and he was told they had other things come up and couldn't do it. My guy drove 40 miles out of his way to get the glass cut and supposedly work today and make money. I called to find out why this happened and Len was very rude telling me they couldn't do it today and I told him it was an inconvience to my handyman and as I was replying he hung up on me.
I called him back to ask why I was hung up on and he stated that he apologized to him but wasn't going to apologize to me. I explained that I was the one paying not my handyman and he said "I don't care" and kept interrupting me and I told him this was a poor way to treat his customers and that he was rude and I hung up. He then called me back and said "now I am hanging up on you!" and hung up. I posted it on a local FB site and the admin called him to try and see if the issue could be resolved so he could clear his business' name of any misconduct and he called me a "retard" to the admin and she explained how many people were on the site and that it could ruin his business. He replied "I don't care!" I will not use this business now or ever in the future and I don't reccomend it to anyone else. How dirty and immature to react in such a manner to someone who was about to give you their business. I wonder how he would treat a person after he's been paid if this is how your treated beforehand.
