The person who worked with me, Nina, was extremely supportive, calling me often to give me updates as well as assuring my vehicle would be ready at the soonest possible time. When i picked up my vehicle, one of the first things I noticed was that it had been cleaned and polished with one of the nicest detailing finishes ever on this vehicle. Shortly after, I had a question about my running board and the manager, Mike, requested I bring it in at my soonest convenience and he would check it out. When I did, they re-adjusted it and even though it was only a fraction of an inch, they still took the time to adjust it and make me feel comfortable with it. I had been reluctant to make any big deal about it but Mike and his team made sure I brought it down so they could make it right if needed. As far as I'm concerned they went the extra miles to make me feel supported and I did feel that way. Caliber is a top notch service and deserves the recognition. I hope this helps others.
