Reduced Risk Products (“RRPs”) is the term we use to refer to products with the potential to reduce individual risk and population harm in comparison to smoking cigarettes.

We are looking for a collaborative and self-driven person, capable to work in ambiguity, who has strong commercial mindset, advanced networking and negotiation skill to run projects related to capability building and commercial effectiveness.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Commercial efficiency analysis, collecting needs from different RRP functions;
  • Plan and manage projects around capability building programs and developments;
  • Develop blended training solutions to address these needs;
  • Create standards, audit form and other supporting materials;
  • Provide and consolidate information for plan creation of tools and training programs implementing, form training calendar;
  • Measure impact of tools deployed and capability programs;
  • Manage and control supplier companies;
  • Collaborate with RRP departments to ensure the required level of support; 
  • Overall project management, resources allocation, cross-functional team management within COD activities;</

ТРЕБОВАНИЯ:

  • Overall work experience - 4+ years;
  • 1+ year experience in a Supervisory role;
  • Solid commercial background; consumer activation, trade partner activation experience is highly preferable; 
  • Advanced networking and negotiation skills;
  • Resource allocation and analytical skills;
  • Ability to manage multitasking and impact others;
  • Fluent Russian, Upper-Intermediate English.
