Job Description

  • Support service management;
  • Monitoring the implementation of targets;
  • Budget control;
  • Optimization of business processes;
  • Selection, training, adaptation and attestation of employees;
  • Motivation, mentoring, coaching operators;
  • Preparation of reports on the work of the team.

 Additional Requirements

  • Higher education in the best universities of Russia;
  • Experience in the support services (call or contact centers) of international companies (preference for e-commerce, telecommunication, IT or service areas) from 3 years;
  • Experience in managing a team of 20 people;
  • Knowledge of CRM, CTI, Freshdesk, SalaseForce or similar programs for contact centers;
  • Fluent English;
  • FAQ, development of regulations and processes, KPI systems;
  • Strong scripting skills for call center operators and support services;
  • Knowledge of office programs and presentation preparation skills (Excel, Power Point);
  • Result-oriented, stress-resistant
