Software Engineer position (C# / .NET). 

8allocate is a global provider of end-to-end custom software development solutions to companies all over the globe, from North America to the EU to Israel to Australia.

Headquartered in Estonia, we run offshore R&D centers in Kyiv and Lviv. Our team is 50% remote and distributed. We specialize in flexible interaction exclusively with international clients (we cover industries from commercial aviation to fintech) thanks to a multinational support group of experts and management.

Project: There are 3 sub-projects: 1. Application of a different architectural paradigm for the Unity games to improve development performance 2. CoreTech to be separated into standalone artifacts/sdks (e.g Jackpots, Missions) 3. A Unity tool for Asset Management that provides a unified approach to sourcing game assets and their lifecycle

What responsibilities & tasks will wait for you?

— Report to the Team Lead 

— Сontribute to the development of new features

— Improve the quality of our applications

— Build supporting tools 

— Apply sound engineering principles to your development tasks 

— Hold technical discussions 

— Moderate code reviews

— Extend our automated test coverage 

— Drive the quality of the codebase 

— Work closely with stakeholders and collaborators across multiple disciplines

— Be a team player with exemplary communication skills 

— Participate in Scrum ceremonies and assist in the story creation process.

What skills/qualities are required:

— 3+ years professional experience with C# / .NET 

— In-depth knowledge of software engineering principles and design 

— Strong experience with automated testing 

— Exemplary communication skills 

— Experience in profiling, optimization and developing performant code

— Proficient with CI and SCM

— Knowledge of game or mobile development 

Work Schedule: 

You can work from 9 am till 6 pm or from 10 am till 7 pm.
