Consumables such as chair feet are subject to wear and tear and are not considered part of the frame. I bought some antique aluminum chairs that I refinished for my front porch. I wanted some cushions. I had originally ordered a different color (sage). The customer service rep called me and offered to send me some fabric samples and suggested that the spearmint color would work better with a chaise lounge cushion I had ordered from the company. Throughout the process I was updated with emails and phone calls as to when the cusions would arrive.
