We've received three wheelchairs and a gait trainer. Lynn, our salesperson, is fantastic about determining the most appropriate piece of equipment and any necessary modifications. She is great about delivery and responding to our questions and concerns. NuMotion's techs have been good to us regarding repairs as well. The only issue has been in paperwork filing. They have experienced turnover in that administrative position a few times which can sometimes slow things down as they become familiar with the maze that is insurance processing.
