Should you choose to book the whole lodge, we are equipped to host up to 300 guests at the venue and accommodate 120 guests overnight. Our two honeymoon suites provide newly-weds with a private retreat after the big event. Although the selection is quite extensive, nothing is carved in stone. Please discuss any ideas and special requirements with us. We will attempt to accommodate your requirements as far as possible. Your co-ordinator will be available for a sit-down meeting with you to discuss the various options. Your satisfaction is of the utmost importance to Bushfellows and we want you to be sure of your selection. We advise that you select a menu suited to your budget before booking a menu tasting at the Lodge. We will prepare a menu tasting for you, at a charge of R240 per person, which you can enjoy at leisure before making a final decision. You have the following options: Full-account bar: This will be settled by the bride and groom on check-out. A deposit of R10 000 is required and payable two weeks before the wedding Account bar with a limit: You can run a tab at the bar and a request can be made for certain items to be excluded from your account. Please make sure that either the bride or groom signs the final bar bill, otherwise we assume that you agree with the amount that Bushfellows has charged. A 100% upfront payment is payable two weeks before the wedding Full cash bar: All guests pay for their own drinks. It is vital that you notify all your guests of the cash bar Faces of Africa venue will be closed at midnight unless arranged otherwise prior to the wedding with your co-ordinator
An extra charge of R500 per hour after midnight will be applicable, and another fee of R1,000 per hour should the event go on after 03h00.
