We enjoyed the bike ride on the beach. 눉Having to leave after one night because of hurricane wondering if get money back for other 3 nights couldn't stay because of hurricane 눇Excellent location and the kitchen was well stocked.
눇Location was great and loved the room 눉Two days into the trip we needed extra items. After housekeeping left for the day, we had a need for an extra washcloth and towel. We called and were told that we could not get them until the next morning and it maybe a charge. So we cancelled the request and washed the ones we used earlier and moved on.눇We arrived early and even though the room was not ready. The young lady at the front desk was very polite and helpful. Her pleasant attitude made the wait a lot less of an issue. 눉Day of check out, the maid barged in our room a little over an hour before check out to start her cleaning. We were still in the room and hadn't put the checked out sign on the door.눇Very clean and well kept , inside and out. 눉We have visited Spinnaker Waterside several times over the past 5 years and have always been pleased. This year we rented a bigger place--3 bedroom condo. The place was quite spacious but unfortunately there were some issues.
The microwave was not clean and actually had a significant amount of food debris inside. Our icemaker did not work. The maintenance guy came the following day and found that the water had been shut off. We also had a "sticky" door. Several times we had difficulty getting into condo and only after several attempts with the card key would the door unlock and finally open. 눉The bed was very uncomfortable. We weren't able to sleep well.눇The location was great. We were able to walk several places and ride bikes anywhere we wanted to go.Quick walk to the beach. Even quicker if you have a bike. Close to shops, restaurants, grocery. Three bedroom unit is very roomy. Plenty of towels and starter supplies of tp, dishsoap, garbage bags. Waterside has started recycling now! 눉The pool closed at 10:00. We had older teenagers that wanted to use pool/hot tub when we returned from late dinner. We arrived after closing time for check in, and did not know to pick up keys at alternate location.
