Adjustable arms allow you to adjust the arms in four dimensions (up and down, front to back, side to side and angled in and out) to find the optimum position for minimizing shoulder strain. The tilt limiter allows you to select a recline range while the seat angle adjustment lets you choose a horizontal or 5° forward sitting position. The adjustable lumbar support adjusts vertically over a 4" span to support the natural curve of your midback, or lumbar region (recommended for people who like to work in a partially reclined posture).
