Jazzy Air Accessories PDF Jazzy Air Driving Tips Building confidence with Jazzy Air There are five pre-programmed drive speeds in your PG VR2 controller so you can choose various speeds to help you build confidence as you begin to use Jazzy Air. The amber colored LED lights displayed on the controller indicate your speed levels from 1-5. When powering up your power chair, operating at a reduced speed will allow you to enjoy the benefits of Jazzy Air suspension while becoming more comfortable with the feel of the unit. Drive Speeds 2 and 3 Gradually start to increase your speed. *Please refer to your owner's manual for outdoor use. Drive Speeds 4 and 5 These drive speeds are each a little faster and will allow you to drive up to 3.5 mph (4.8 km/h) when Jazzy Air is engaged. They should be used only when you are used to the feeling of driving with the seat elevated and maneuvering within your environment.*
How to Elevate and Descend The Jazzy Air allows you to elevate or lower your seat height on the move with the "Air" button or PG VR2 joystick drive controller. Elevates 10" in 16 seconds Speed reduces to 3.5 mph when elevated Lowers completely in 16 seconds NOTE: If your Jazzy Air driving speeds are different than those described, please contact your Jazzy Air provider. Jazzy Air Do's and Dont's Do start out at a low speed until you are comfortable operating Do use indoors and on flat/level surfaces Do use at home, when shopping, and at school or work Don't try to climb a threshold exceeding 1.5" (3.8 cm) in the elevated position. Don't operate on uneven terrain, gravel, or hills. Don't use in a new area until you learn the surfaces and terrain.
