Early morning hours I spotted a fairly large bed bug crawling across comforter. Staff confirmed exterminator comes once a month. Ruined what was suppose to be a pleasant weekend. Dee on 07/14/2013Stayed here July 10 and July 11, 2013. Searched for bed bugs when I arrived by pulling back blankets,sheets, mattress cover and moving mattress. Did not find any signs of bed bugs so I thought it was ok to stay here. Went to the rest room and when I went to get back in the bed, there were TWO bed bugs on the top sheet! I went to Walgreens to buy lice/bed bug spray. Bought 4 cans at 9.00 each. Slept in the chair that night.
Got up and found bed bugs on the top of the blanket when I woke up.. Never again will I stay with Holiday Inn and never again will I spend 120.00 a night to sleep in a chair in a hotel with bed bugs. Anonymous on 05/01/2011Just stayed at this hotel 4/29/11, rooms 511 & 513. Noticed a lot of black "dirt" along mattress seams. Reported to housekeeping, mgr, maintenance. Housekeeping agreed, bedbug residue. Mgr, Pat, denied any bugs.2nd night there pulled sheets back and saw live bed bug crawling in sheets! Notified mgr, he saw it, denied bugs in hotel again! Went through clothes in both dresser drawers of both rooms. Clothes had dead bed bugs on them, confirmed by comparing pictures on cdc website. us to HI express behind our hotel, and comped our night. with dryer heat on high 30 minutes. Will donate suitcases to Holiday Inn. Noticed bed bugs cited from others on this site 6 months ago, would not stay here as they deny bedbugs and obviously are not treating the problem on the 5th floor.
X the Bugs on 10/21/201010/20/10 - after being transferred to a third room for malfunctioning rooms, I was given room #514 which within minutes of closing the door, I saw bed bugs crawling out of crevices. I reported this to the manager Pat and he came up to verify the bed bugs. I put some in a plastic cup and show him. Before he came up, I told a maintenance tech and he told me that was the second report of bed bugs. I freaked out because it only takeone of the mf's to cause an infestation. Well it's now like 10:3 0 or so and I don't have another room. I don't wish to stay here, but I'm from out of town. Oh yeah, they are packed with people this week. Who know what extra baggage they might be taking home. Anonymous on 05/21/2010My friend who stayed in one of their ground floor rooms in Holiday Inn reported bites and rash in her elbow and knee creases the next morning. I don't remember the room number now. It was in late 2009. She asked them to spray the room with insecticides.

We have been there a few times for concerts and we love it - never had a bad experience. Although this time they made us pour our beers into plastic cups. I would have to say that's the only thing I have to complain about. This place was very easy to find. And once we got in, parking was actually pretty easy too. I can't wait to see more concerts there in the future. Liked: I had a lot of fun. The only thing I wasn't satisfied with was a no window for Stub Hub tickets. If you had that then my night would have been excellent. My kids went in and enjoyed while I hug out in the parking lot and waited. There are only two entrances to get in, and looks to be no public transportation getting to the concert. This means all 21,000 people at a sold out concert have to drive to get there. We waited an hour and a half to get a parking spot and two hours to leave (we had to be extremely aggressive to make it out). I would suggest anyone to get priority parking to avoid these stressful circumstances.
