For Singapore custom clearance, passengers need to come down the bus without unloading their luggage at Singapore custom. After clearing Singapore custom, passengers board the same bus again to proceed to Malaysia custom. At Malaysia custom, passengers need to get down again for custom clearance and carry long their luggage for scanning. It usually takes about an hour from Singapore to post Malaysia custom. After Malaysia custom, it usually takes less than 10 minutes to reach LEGOLAND® Malaysia. Please bring passport and apply visa in advance should you need a visa to enter Malaysia. Currently both Superior Tour and WTS provide daily bus from Singapore to LEGOLAND® Malaysia, as well as the returned bus service. Superior Tour boarding point is at Lavender MRT (exit B), in front of McDonald’s Restaurant.
For WTS, the boarding point is at Singapore Flyer, in which the nearest MRT is Promenade. Both Superior Tour and WTS deploy 40-seater coach for the service of bus to LEGOLAND® Malaysia.
