You may check the status of orders placed online by signing into your account and clicking the Order History button. In-stock items normally ship from our warehouse within 24 to 48 hours of your order. (Orders placed after business hours on Fridays, during the weekend, or on holidays normally ship the next business day.) When your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number. This email is generally sent around 6:30 p.m. eastern time. If your order has been delayed, it may be due to one or more of the following: Order is delayed – Contact us Problems after delivery – Carefully inspect the contents of your order upon delivery. Small items may have settled and may be hidden at the bottom of the box. If you find a problem, please immediately. We want to remedy the situation as soon as possible. Items not in stock will normally ship separately at a later date unless otherwise specified. Find the item – If you know what you are looking for, use the search box to find the product quickly. When the shopping cart screen displays, you may remove or update quantities of the items in your cart. Checkout – When you have finished shopping, click the Shopping Cart button at the top of the page. The resulting screen will show all the items in your cart and the quantity of each. You may update quantities or delete items at this time. When the items are as you wish, enter a promo code (if applicable), select your state, and select a shipping option.
Your shipping and handling charges will display. Then, click the CHECKOUT button to proceed. You will be prompted to sign in. Sign in or create an account – If you already have a LEGO® ID account, sign in with your email address and password. Otherwise, you may create a new account or continue as a guest. You'll be prompted to enter basic information such as your name, email address, password, and shipping and billing addresses. If you are ordering for private use, select Private under customer type and you will have the option to pay using a credit card. If you are ordering for a school, business, or other organization, select Organization under customer type and you will have the option to pay with a credit card or purchase order and to apply for tax-exempt status. Select a payment method – Credit card and purchase order are the available options. Depending on your selection, you'll be prompted to enter additional information. Finalize your order – After the correct payment information has been entered, click SUBMIT ORDER.
Please wait until you receive your online order number before exiting the store. (We recommend printing this final checkout page. It will serve as a receipt for your order.) Within a minute of successfully submitting an order, you will receive an email order confirmation. We suggest adding LEGO Education to your safe senders list to ensure you receive the message. Ordering from My Wish List The Wish List is a convenient way to set aside items to order later. You can also share your Wish List with others. To access your Wish List, you must sign in to your LEGO ID account. Click the My Account link. Click the My Wishlist button. You will be prompted to Sign In with an existing LEGO ID or to create a new account.
Click the My Wish List button to see all the items on your Wish List. Find and select the desired items and then click the Add to Shopping Cart button. The selected items will be added to your Cart. Continue ordering by adding additional items to your Cart, or click the Shopping Cart button in the website header to begin the checkout process. To establish credit terms with LEGO® Education and pay with a purchase order, create an account and place items you wish to purchase in your cart. At checkout, select the "Pay by Purchase Order" option. Then, call us at 800-362-4308 to confirm your order and establish net 30 terms. We can be reached between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 6:30 p.m. eastern time. Your order will not process until we hear from you. Generally, schools qualify for net 30 terms and may pay with a purchase order. (Payments must be made in 30 days.) If your school or district has placed an online order and used a purchase order after March 15, 2014, you do not need to contact customer service.
Your account is on record as being approved for purchase order payments. However, you must sign in to your account before placing the order so we will recognize you. Do not use guest checkout.
