Using a garden hose, dampen the hammock. Then add some mild detergent to a bucket of warm water. Using a soft bristle brush, scrub the fabric or rope on one side followed by a rinse with the garden hose making sure all the detergent is removed from the hammock. Flip the hammock over and repeat. After the final rinse, hang the hammock for drying. We recommend the hammock dry as quickly as possible, (direct sunlight in a warm area is ideal) to help maintain the integrity of the fabric or rope.
