But the fabric is only stapled on to the beech frame, and the frame itself is not particularly sturdy: it is thinner than the others on test and it's a bit wobbly. The chair is adjustable with three different settings and the back of the chair is a decent length. Overall it is very light to carry, comfortable and comes in a child-size version.

It is a gorgeous design made with a sturdy beech frame, which rocks backwards and forwards, and elegant curving arm rests. Though supportive and well made, it is a little on the heavy side for carrying around. The special Duratex 75 acrylic fabric is shower-proof. The front bars of the frame do dig into your legs a little, but the back is a very generous length so your head is not in danger of landing uncomfortably on the frame. It is easy to get in and out of and available in navy or green. A very smart chair, perfect for an elegant alfresco occasion. It looks just the part on the patio. The chair is quite heavy to carry but is sturdy and very well made. It opens out into a choice of four positions. The canvas sling is shower-proof and sewn around the frame. The timber bars holding the canvas are flat with rounded edges so they are quite comfortable under the legs. The back of the deckchair is a generous length. It does not have armrests but there is plenty of room to sit comfortably. The quintessential British deckchair. It is sturdy and well made with a solid-beech frame and dark-green cotton seat. It is quite heavy to carry. The sun canopy is heaven when the sun is bright but the arms are a little high, and I found it a bit tricky to get in and out of when the footstool was in place. It really needs two people to set it up but it is a lovely design made from quality materials.
