ROLE PURPOSE

Contribute to the delivery of the country goals with sound proactive financial support
Provide professional guidance and reliable stewardship to Commercial functions in regions and to senior management
Manage forecasting and budget process for Operating Expenses
Collected, analyses, investigate and report financial data and business performance, in order to maximize profitability and efficiency

ACCOUNTABILITIES

Support Commercial and Supply Chain functions by understanding their objectives, and providing financial insight and advice in order to make the best business decisions
Support regional directors in forecasting Sales and Operating Expenses
Manage strategic business planning and business processes by preparing financial budgets and forecasts.
Continuously finding ways to improving on data reporting, improve data reporting-systems, improve the format in which data is presented in order to continuously improve the quality of the information available to the team
Perform month-end and weekly activities
Prepare regular and ad-hoc financial reports
Responsible for complying with financial governance requirements management
Reporting to and liaising directly with the Head of Russia Finance Business Partner
Role requires some travel in Russia

Qualifications

KNOWLEDGE SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

Critical Knowledge

Economic/business degree qualification, good understanding and experience of International Financial reporting standards.

Critical Skills

Demonstrated strong business partnership skills in previous work experiences.
Proactive and pragmatic approach, demonstrate maturity to command respect, excellent interpersonal skills and cultural awareness, excellent communication skills.
Outstanding excel skills
Ability to handle large data sets, condensing it to support insightful analysis
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Creative and innovative, keen to improve, solution driven

Critical Experience

3-5 years experience in business control environment, experience in marketing environment would be advantageous, cross-functional interaction experience
