Support execution of Sales Force B2B System implementation with Sales Teams across Russia market.
Manage Development and support of Sales Force B2B Portal and related applications.
Support analytics related to GTM initiatives based on Sales Force and BI platforms.
Build a strong partnership with functional teams and business in general, to ensure a full understanding of needs, priorities and plans.
Project management of multiple projects including policies and procedures, status reports, system design, process flows and project presentations.
Ensure Geographical region needs and requirements are effectively communicated to the global development teams and that these are addressed.

Minimum Bachelors’ Degree preferably in engineering, mathematics, statistics, business.
Experience in Management and Development of IT systems in Sales.
Sales Force platform development and admin skills are mandatory
Project Management: Well versed in Project methodology and Change Management
Business Awareness: Strong commercial and business awareness.
Functional and Technical skills:Ability to effectively communicate with technical teams
Experience in Sales analytics
Experience in deployment of B2B & SFA is preferred
Working Knowledge of BI and Analytics solutions.
Process Management: Software Development Life Cycle, Sales (Primary & Secondary) Processes, Documentation, Training
Intermediate English is mandatory
