I'm a Dunham/New Balance Man! The way I shopped in the past was to look for the size at the end of the box and then open it up to see if I liked the shoe. Zappos makes it easy for me. 1 person found this review helpful. I bought these shoes because they look nice and I own another pair built by Dunham which I like. I have to tell you though this shoe is very uncomfortable. The walking platform is very hard and my feet get very warm because they just don't breathe. Only good thing is they look nice, but lack comfort. This is my opinion...obviously there are other reviewers who like them. Sorry I can't say the same. I ordered both a black pair and a brown pair at the same time. Although both are the same size and width, the black pair feels true to size and width while the brown pair feels almost a size too large. However, they are both very comfortable and stylish. Awesome shoe for wide feet - This is an excellent, durable shoe. I'm still wearing the pair I bought in October 2004 but they don't look "spiffy" enough for work now so I needed a new pair. Also, can't say enough good things about Zappos. Made an exchange without question and shipped overnight! So quick & easy. Will definitely do business again, especially as they carry 6E shoes! I'd also recommend: Florsheim Welles #18358 (Only 5E - Dunham was 6E) from Boca Raton, FL Good comfortable shoes - Good comfortable shoes are hard to find in my size. There are 3 separate 10-week courses per year: Winter, Spring & Fall. When registered, you get 2 hours/week with one of our Sergeants of Sass (AOS teachers) in the appropriate level. The first hour is dedicated to DRILLS! That’s right you’ll be learning how to execute all of the moves you will later perform. The second hour is dedicated to choreography that you will later perform in one of our different themed AOS term-end productions starring of course… the ladies of AOS! Open level – Sass Class AOS Drop-in Class for All Levels Commander-in-chief (CEO & Founder) Carla knows what it’s like to start from the bottom and work your way up. Dedicated, focused and driven to detail best describe her work habits. With over 20 years professionally in the dance industry and over 10 years experience as a self-made entrepreneur, she has worked not only as a professional dancer, choreographer, and producer, but most importantly as an entrepreneur, teacher, and mentor to many developing up-and-comers. Her mentoring and teaching style consists of clarifying and developing the direct abilities that are needed to become a successful performer, teacher, and AOS Licensee by educating them on function, technique, and leadership skills. She has a special talent in bringing out what is natural within each individual by pushing them into what she calls “The Pocket” of each movement, teaching method, or leadership goal. Marissa was born and raised in Hamilton, Ontario where her love and passion of danced thrived at an early age.
She competed and performed across Canada and began teaching at the age of 17. She grew up training in many styles of dance from Ballet and Contemporary to Hiphop and Jazz Funk. She found that it was time to move forward when high school had finished and began attending York University for their Dance Program and Mohawk College for their Small Business and Entrepreneurship program in hopes to manage her own dance studio which now runs with her very own dance team out of Hamilton. Marissa followed the Army Of Sass journey as she was still competing for many years and was over the moon when she was brought into the family with the Army Of Sass Burlington Location. Marissa is a creative individual who loves choreographing and sharing her smiles. She has a genuine love of dancing, teaching and performing and is amazed and thankful that she has the opportunity to be a part of the Army Of Sass.
