The 3 newly built apartments have a 4* self-catering rating and are only a few minutes from Ramsey town centre. Milntown is a working estate developed over the years as a venue for both the locals and visitors to the Isle of Man. It is occasionally used for corporate events, weddings and private parties. They make every effort to keep the noise to a minimum. They plan to construct a butterfly house in the kitchen garden adjacent to the apartments with the work taking place in the first half of the 2017 season. Disruption will be kept to a minimum. The name ‘Altadale’ originated from part of the original Milntown estate. An early member of the Christian family combined this and another holding to create Milntown. The kitchen is open plan with a dining and sitting area. The name ‘Leazyre’ dates back from the 13th Century and is named after the ancient parish in which Milntown is situated. Lezayre apartment is situated over 2 floors and sleeps up to 4 people. The first floor contains a bedroom with bunk beds. Also on the first floor is the kitchen which is open plan and has a sitting area overlooking the kitchen garden.
On the ground floor, there is a double bedroom and a large bathroom with bath and a separate shower. Access to the apartment is on the first floor.
