As Brand Manager you have complete oversight of the Brand strategy, including the translation of the strategies into actionable plans that maintain momentum and drive sustainable growth. This role includes management of all consumer touch points for the brand.

Key accountabilities:

  • Deliver sustainable growth of business & brand KPI's for leading projects
  • 360 campaign development (local & global adaptation) - ATL, BTL, promo, digital, PR. Manage briefing, concept development and execution for the assigned category
  • Responsible project's budget leading & P&L execution
  • Analyze market situation\trends and recommend changes to marketing strategy based on analysis
  • Develop and execute annual brand plan
  • New product development & launch execution
  • Collaborate with sales, R&D, Insights, SC to implement brand strategic plans

Main requirements:

  • Min. 1+ year in Brand Manager role with proven business results, overall 3+ years in brand marketing with FMCG companies
  • Good analytical skills (sees connection in data, trends, quickly analyzes complex problems)
  • Willingness to take on challenges
  • Drive for results & goal oriented
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Fluent English
