Blue Chair Bay Rum Are you smarter than your bartender? Think you know the booze? Let’s start with some basics. Everyone take a sigh of relief because as of tomorrow tax season will officially be behind us! After filling out those forms I’m in serious need of some relaxation. I can’t be the only one, right? If you want to take a tropical vacation, but can’t make it to the beach, this coconut cocktail will make you feel as if you’re sitting in the sand soaking up some rays. I created the Sunburst Sipper with Blue Chair Bay coconut rum and my favorite tropical flavors. The sweet, smooth rum complements the citrus flavors perfectly! I can be picky when it comes to coconut-flavored products, but this one tasted natural and added just the right amount of tropical flare. Blue Chair Bay coconut rum
1 oz. banana liqueur 3 oz. orange, peach, mango juice splash of lemon-lime soda Fill glass with ice cubes. Add rum, liqueur and juice, then stir to combine. Top with soda and serve with an orange slice as garnish. The bottle of rum was a gift from Blue Chair Bay, but the recipe and all opinions are my own.
