BitClaver

Development

We have some exciting news this week. We would like to announce that Vadim Gore joined BitClave as a Chief Operating Officer. He will be responsible for helping translate company’s vision into concrete, measurable engineering deliverables, define product roadmap, scale engineering and support teams, accelerate time to market and effectively run day to day operations. Vadim is a 25-years industry veteran, with strong track record of bootstrapping new business initiatives. Vadim joins us from Silver Spring Networks, where he managed software engineering organization. Previously Vadim served in variety of leadership roles at Intel, Thompson Financial and several startups. We’ll be posting a Q&A session with Vadim to let our community know Vadim better.

Our leadership team had 3 days strategy discussion in our HQ office. We had an opportunity to discuss short and long term plans as well as refine our vision. We are finalizing our roadmap and getting ready to share it with BitClave community soon.

Growing our team and scaling our operations remains our high priority. We have heard our community requesting to strengthen our Community Management team. Over the next two weeks we will be adding 6 experienced Community Managers, including native English speakers in order to improve response time and level of engagement for our community members. We continue hiring for various positions in engineering, and have a strong candidates pipeline. Please see open positions here and feel free to refer strong candidates to us.

We worked with Product team to review and prioritize features backlog for Desearch and MatchICO products, including features requested by community. The work on the high priority features is under way and will be rolled out over the next 1–2 weeks.

Marketing

As we gear up for the exciting news for the month of June, in the back end we are planning a whole slew of activities on the Marketing front -both online and offline. We will be posting a blog post on the same very soon. We are also working with the branding team in order to get the right tools for the launch.

As we speak, we are inviting our community, influencers, media and the passionate people in the blockchain space to witness the launch via online and offline at our next event appearances.

As promised last week, we penned down more of our thoughts on GDPR with the title, GDPR: In conflict with blockchain? We welcome your opinion and thoughts on the same.

Events/meetings

On May 28–29 our Event Manager of BitClave Stanislav Liutenko was attending Blockshow Europe — the huge event in Berlin. Our goal there was to create new useful connections and consider participating in their further event — Blockshow Asia. The conference had a big success!
