One arrived in a slightly damaged box. Unfortunately, the track was packed right where the damage happened, so it was badly bent. Overstock sent two new tracks to replace it. They were very well packed, taped to a piece of wood and placed tightly into a shipping tube. However, one of the two was also bent on arrival! (Since there was no damage to the shipping tube, I can only assume it was bent before shipping?)
Fortunately, we only needed one straight one. Customer service was very responsive and worked to make things right. Packing for this item should be reevaluated. Out of stock so order was cancelled.
