Wooden frames and clear glass this is what will suit perfect for you house. We provide various types of aluminium window systems. We offer various thermally broken window systems in many different styles. Top hung, bottom hung, side hung, tilt/turn, frameless vents, parallel openers, and over-swing. There are various different systems we can use to meet building regulations, Secure By Design and current U-Values. Our window systems are designed to glaze into most curtain walling profiles, and are available in a wide range of powder coating colours and finishes, including Anodised. Window systems can be dual colour, meaning the external colour is different to the internal colour.

The windows can be installed with trickle vents (for airflow), restrictors, sub-cills, and multi-point locking mechanisms. We provide various types of aluminium door systems. Including thermally broken doors, standard robust commercial doors, bi-folding doors, French doors, and patio doors. The doors are generally manual swing doors, either single or double. We have the capability to incorporate automatic door hardware into our system, enabling the doors to either; automatically slide, or swing open when PIR sensors detect movement. Our door systems are designed to be installed into most curtain walls. The doors are available in a large variation of options including, high security locks, electric release locking systems, letter plates, panic bars, glazed in fixed blade louvres. The doors are supplied with a polyester powder paint finish, available in a standard range of matt and gloss colours, or metallic and Anodised is also available. Our aluminium fire exit doors are now CE marked to come in line with the current standards.

This system can be dual colour, if the door system is thermally broken, meaning the external colour is different to the internal colour. We can provide a structural glazing type curtain walling system, which incorporates a curtain wall back box internally, but achieves a ‘flush’ appearance externally by the use of structural silicone joints. By using this method, the need for pressure plates and face caps is surplus. However, we do offer a flat cap that gives the appearance of structural glazing, but without the large cost associated with it. Opening windows can be incorporated within the system, which can be manufactured as concealed vents. This means they are not visible from the outside when in the closed position. The SG curtain wall system is generally more expensive than a standard capped system, and is more limited in terms of incorporating different styles of opening windows. The internal curtain walling box of the system are available in a polyester powder paint finish, available in a standard range of colours, and also in Anodised.

We manufacture a wide range of curtain walls, which can incorporate opening windows and doors to suit. Standard curtain wall systems are generally suitable for the majority of new build and refurbishment projects, and can be used in low-rise and high-rise applications. Curtain walling is either constructed on site, or can be fabricated in the factory in unitised sections that clip together when installing. Curtain walling is supplied with a polyester powder paint finish, available in a standard range of matt and gloss colours, or metallic, and also in Anodised. This system can be dual colour, meaning the external colour is different to the internal colour. Fire Rated Curtain Walling We can offer fire rated aluminium curtain walling. The fire rated system provides a solutions to “fire rated zones” in the building, and helps to secure evacuation routes. As the system is manufactured in curtain walling, it will look virtually the same as a non-fire rated curtain walling system installed next to it, which is a huge benefit.

Depending on requirements, these applications can achieve different level of performance in terms of fire rating, 30/0, 30/30, 60/0, 60/60. This system is supplied with a polyester powder paint finish, available in a standard range of matt and gloss colours, or metallic, and also in Anodised. This system can be dual colour, meaning the external colour is different to the internal At Aire Valley, we use Computer Aided Design from the estimating stage through to the working drawings for a live contract. When quotes are sent out to main contractors following an enquiry, drawings are produced in a “bill” format to summarise and itemise what has been priced. This helps the main contractor to pinpoint what has been included and what has not. Once a project is secured, Aire Valley’s design and project management team is appointed, with a the Technical Director leading the design and drawing process. From the relevant construction issue drawings, we create frame schedules, elevations and sections using AutoCAD.

We can then identify the material choices and interfaces. Material schedules are then produced upon confirmation of sizes, colours, and designs. These are submitted to the architect and main contractor for approval, prior to commencement of the manufacturing process. A full set of approved drawings are issued to Aire Valley’s site personnel prior to the commencement of the works. A Project Manager / Director, will be appointed to every scheme, to ensure that the project runs as smoothly as possible. The Project Manager / Director, will visit site weeks before Aire Valley are due on site to discuss Risk Assessments & Method Statements.< New Search Message First Name* Last Name* Email* Phone Agent Any Andrew Behneman Kai Kamp Nate Turner Preferred Time and Date* 8:00 AM 8:30 AM 9:00 AM 9:30 AM 10:00 AM 10:30 AM 11:00 AM 11:30 AM 12:00 PM 12:30 PM 1:00 PM 1:30 PM 2:00 PM 2:30 PM 3:00 PM 3:30 PM 4:00 PM 4:30 PM 5:00 PM 5:30 PM 6:00 PM 6:30 PM 7:00 PM 7:30 PM 8:00 PM 8:30 PM Alternate Time and Date* 8:00 AM 8:30
