They still leak a bit. The bed is cool in autumn and warm in summer. The best way is to put a good topper under your bottom sheet. Ours is a fitted one which is great. At first I just put a big mink blanket under the topper which worked well and have me the idea of good insulation so you are not hot or cold as your environment.
