We saw some rugs/carpets on sale on one corner. I chose one that my son liked and I went to... On the delivery date even though while tracking it was telling me that it was out for delivery, at the end of the day I got an email saying they were out of stock possible delivery date would be March something. Being a Xmas gift for my grandbaby I called and cancelled. I purchase one over the phone from the Nashville Store and was delivered before Xmas. Pottery Barn Kids Christmas Stocking Approximately 3 weeks ago my wife ordered a monogrammed stocking for our sons 1st Xmas. We receive it a week later and the monogram was on the side of the stocking, not centered. So if we hung it up, you could only see the first 2 letters of his name. We contacted them and they said they would send us a return label for the bad one and send us out another one. A week goes by and nothing.
We call them just to be told that stocking is discontinued... When placing the order, first they asked you to enter the shipping address. I entered my son's address and did not check the box says using this address as the billing address. Then they ask you to enter your billing address and credit card information. I entered my address as the billing address and my credit card information.... Black Friday ad announced 20% off but failed to disclose that most items being advertised for sale were omitted from the 20% discount. After going through the motions of personalizing a gift, I applied 20% code (OHWHATFUN) only to find no discount and no explanation. I complained to the company that gave me some gobbledygook about reading the small print that wasn't on the webpage I viewed. Perhaps I needed to spend a few days reviewing the... I placed an order for a birthday present and never received a notice that the item was on back order so when nothing arrived in the child's birthday I was surprised.
I logged on to the website only to see it was on back order and would be a few days later. A few days later still no present no notification from the company and no response from customer service to my email. I check the website and now it says January!!! I called customer service... Absolutely the worst service I ever encountered. And every time you call it's a different explanation. This is a terrible company. I purchased three water thermos and food storage containers. Though the designs were nice, the containers did not work. The thermos leaked and the food container did not keep the food warm. I contact d the company and they could care less. They tos me there are no returns or refunds even though their product is defective.Delivered wrong size mattress and I cannot get an apology or a mgr on the phone..asked customer service rep who her mgr was and she said she did not know! I want to know that you are taking the delivery charge off and I want a mgr to follow up with me- cust service rep told me I need to follow up myself.
