눉Some minor in plumbing issues.눇Breakfast provided a wide variety of foods. 눉Mattress: was way, way too soft. (5 out of 10) Breakfast: no trays, not a good variety of fruit, sausage links were very, very low quality (trust me, they were), OJ dispensers not working (but, they did have OJ in another container, and it was fairly good OJ), I saw only ONE person working the breakfast area, and she was the messenger for all of the above, "sorry, we don't have this, sorry, we don't have that, etc". I felt sorry for her. (4.5 out of 10)눇Lobby staff and breakfast staff were GREAT!! (9 out of 10) 눇The overall stay was Excellent we will definitely stay again staff was very friendly and welcoming 눉The room heater/air conditioner was uncontrollably hot!!! When turning it off it became chilly. Sleeping was poor even with a very comfy bed:(눇The bed was very comfortable! 눇Very good hotel no complaints would stay there again 눇Staff was extremely helpful and friendly!
Entire place was very clean. Would definitely stay their again 눉My only problem was after going for a swim and returning to my room the key card would not work. After about 1 1/2 hours later I was finally able to get into my room. Yes they were kind enough to give us another room and the kids free food while they worked on the door. The problem was we had a wet swimsuits and were freezing. I was totally shocked to see on our bill the next morning that we were still charged full price for the stay눇The night staff was very friendly and helpful but the morning staff was not. The hotel was clean enough. 눉Minimal breakfast눇Beds were great 눉The luggage carts were not at the front doors.눇Room was clean. No stale odors in room or hallway. Staff was very friendly and inviting.
