We own two different styles and love them both. We have a 3yr old Visco Heir ET that looks like new and sleeps like new. We liked it so much that we just upgraded our bedroom to a king bedset so we bought their 15" thick Visco Revolution. We bought a good set of regular box springs from Mattress Firm for $100 and that was it. The Bed Boss mattresses weren't cheap, but they were not priced like Tempurpedic either. My best friend worked for them a couple of years ago (not in sales) and for about 3 years, he saw things that I will not repeat here which convince me their business model is really on shaky grounds. Rude customer service, managers that crap on their employees for ridiculous things, salesguys that sell USED/DEFECTIVE mattresses as new to unsuspecting customers just so they can meet their monthly sales quota, etc.
Half the mattresses sold by them are actually dirt cheap, manufactured overseas which you can get at Macys or smaller furniture outlets/retailers for half price. I've also experienced nightmares with their customer service. My dad made the mistake of buying a mattress from them and after 3 sleepless nights, contacted Sleepys for a return/exchange. They sent the delivery guys to the wrong address and on the wrong day. Then I had to sort out the problems with invoicing since they had somehow charged a delivery fee/return fee which shouldn't have applied. In sum, the whole experience left both of us with a sour taste in our mouths. I'd go to Macys and any other store before ever buying from Sleepys.
