What is your return policy? We offer 60-night sleep trial. We’re confident in our Sleep Consultants' abilities to match you with the perfect mattress for your body type and budget. But if you find your purchase isn't the mattress of your dreams, we've got your back. It generally takes 8 - 10 weeks to properly break in a new mattress. Much like a new pair of shoes, it also takes time for your body to adjust to a new sleep surface, especially if your old one was out of shape. Once your new mattress is delivered, our 60-Night Sleep Trial comfort guarantee requires you to sleep on it for 30 days. If you are not completely satisfied, you have an additional 30 days to come back into any Sit 'n Sleep location and select another mattress of equal or greater value with a 20% restocking fee not to exceed $500.00. The 60-Night Sleep Trial does not apply to closeouts, floor samples or if your product is found to be dirty, stained or abused.Returns for non-mattress products: All products that Sit 'n Sleep sells have a manufacturer’s warranty.

The length and the terms of these warranties vary by manufacturer and type of product. During the warranty period, Sit ‘n Sleep will work with the customer to receive a replacement product if there is a manufacturing defect. If the product is found to be unreasonably unsanitary, or abused by the customer, the product could have its warranty voided. Sit ‘n Sleep will offer a refund provided the product is brand new and still in original manufacturer packaging. If the product is not in this condition, Sit ‘n Sleep will work with the customer to receive a warranty replacement or repair, depending on the product in question. Will you really "beat anyone's advertised price or your mattress is freee?"To learn more about this guarantee click here. Is financing available for my new bed?Sit ‘n Sleep works with Synchrony Financial and Fortiva Financial to provide competitive financing for our customers. Financing programs** are available to qualified applicants. See store for details.

Sit ‘n Sleep also offers two “No Credit Check” options through YBUY for up to one year, and Cross Check for 90 days. Buying a mattress set is a major purchase and we want you to be able to purchase the mattress set that best suits your sleep needs. **Subject to credit approval. Minimum monthly payments required. See store for details. Do I need to buy a new box spring when buying a new mattress? The box spring acts as the foundation of the bed. It provides support for the mattress by acting as a shock absorber. These two pieces were designed to compliment each other when working together as a set. Although there are several types of platform beds that do not use a box spring, pairing your new mattress with an old box spring is not recommended. Do I need special sheets for my new mattress? You will need special sheets if you are purchasing a very thick mattress with a thick pillow top. Sit’n Sleep offers a selection of high profile or deep pocket sheets that fit very well on these thicker mattresses.

When selecting sheets, it is also important to keep in mind that your sheets are part of your sleep environment, therefore comfort, thickness and softness should be considered when making your sheet selection. What are the standard sizes of mattresses? Mattresses come in five standard sizes. These are twin (39"x75"), full (54"x75"), queen (60"x80"), Eastern King (76"x80") and California King (72"x84"). NOTE: exact mattress sizes vary by manufacturer and by model. The dimensions given are only approximations. How often do I need to turn my new bed? Your new mattress should be rotated every week for the first few months and each month thereafter. This pattern will allow you to get the most even wear and extend the life of your mattress. Which is the best brand of mattress to buy? At Sit’n Sleep, our trained Sleep Consultants assist each guest with purchasing the mattress that is best suited for them. We know that each person’s sleep habits are unique, therefore by asking key questions, listening carefully and encouraging guests to try out various mattresses, our Sleep Consultants are able to pair anyone with the mattress that will give the best sleeping experience ever.

Will I need new pillows with my new mattress set? Unlike your mattress, you should replace your pillow every 1 - 2 years. Over time pillows lose their supportiveness and accumulate body oils, fluids and allergy-irritating dust mites. Pillows provide 20% of the total support you need while sleeping and keep your head, neck, shoulders and spine properly aligned. Ask your Sleep Consultant to fit you with a pillow that compliments your mattress selection. What is your return policy? The 60-Night Sleep Trial does not apply to closeouts, floor samples or if your product is found to be dirty, stained or abused. Will you really "beat anyone's advertised price of your mattress is freee?" How long will a new mattress last? While the industry standard is eight to ten years, mattresses should be evaluated regularly for comfort and quality. If you find yourself realizing that the quality of sleep that you are getting is not the same as it was six months earlier, it is time to get a new mattress.

In addition, as we go through life, our lifestyles and bodies change. Your mattress should always be comfortable to get the best night’s sleep possible. Why do I need a mattress protector for my new bed? We carry a wide variety of mattress protectors designed to inhibit bedbugs, allergens, dust mites, mold, mildew, bacteria, body oils and dead skin cells from accumulating in your mattress. They also safeguard your mattresses as an investment. Mattresses that become stained or unsanitary at any time automatically void their comfort and warranty guarantees. Our protectors are waterproof, breathable, won’t alter the feel of your new mattress and are approved for any mattress purchased from Sit ’n Sleep. How long is the warranty on my mattress? The warranties on our mattresses vary based on brand. To find the warranty information on your specific mattress visit our Warranty Information & Links page. What is the California Mattress Recyling Fee? Effective 12/30/2015, California state law requires retailers to collect an $11 recycling fee on each mattress and each box spring sold.
