Don't waste your time! Cons Moving professional Claims jobs "off shore" to Poland and India and laying off experienced Claims Staff. Expecting people left to train Polish and Indian staff to handle claims in a matter of weeks when in reality it takes years to cost effectively manage claims.
The staff left will be responsible to manage the "off shore" staff - because the "off shore" staff don't have licenses to work in the US. Upper management believes this is a 'cost effective' method to save 500 Million dollars by year end 2017. In reality, all they care about is increasing their bonus' and screwing over the employees on the front line. Cost of benefits skyrocketed this year!!! Advice to Management Get ride off duplicate, ineffective and inexperience management staff. The company is going down the tubes with these unbelievably short term 'fixes'.
