Here are some of the main bits & bobs that will help you prepare the trip. Please excuse the length :)
Yes you have free towels
ADDRESS:
Just to confirm the address is: Birkenstrasse 44, ZIP:10551 Berlin. It's the building with THE bright orange/red door.
CHECK-IN: 12:00/ MIDDAY.
In order to offer you a flexible check-in, I deposited the keys at a convenience shop (the left one of the two) close by. It is about 50m from the flat and has very convenient opening hours. The keys will be available from 12PM onwards at

Mon-Sun: 365 days 24 hours open.
In order to receive the KEYS, wifi password and check-out procedure, simply talk to the staff by the Shop and give them the NAME of the Airbnb reservation and you'll receive an envelope with all the relevant information.
Pls note: since it's 'high season' it might be that the cleaner will not have fully prepared your flat until 12.00. You are more than welcome to drop your luggage in the flat- and you can move in properly from 14:30/15:00 onwards. Many thanks for your kind understanding!

Underground - U9 Stop: BIRKENSTRASSE,
Overground/ S-Bahnbahn- Ringbahn, S41, S42 Stop: WESTHAFEN

From U-Bahn Birkenstrasse: take exit Unionsplatz (left one) and its the building with the bright red door.
Hauptbahnhof: Taxi, about 2km and 8€ (walking not recommended)

Parking: FREE on the street. Pls don’t park in the loading bay of the building.
YOUR STAY
We provide towels and sheets and hairdryers. There is free parking on the street and the metro station U9 Birkenstrasse literally in front of the building.
Ali's mini market is located directly in the building and a larger supermarket on the next big corner (EDEKA), there is also the Schultheiss Quartier (https://schultheissquartier.de) for further shopping and the Arminius Markethall (https://arminiusmarkthalle.com).
There is a bike rental 100m from the flat, Grimme Bike Moabit, Birkenstraße 47, 10551 Berlin.
CHECKOUT: 10am, if not indicted other
Please be so kind to leave the KEYS IN THE FLAT. I’ll come and pick them up. I hope you’ll leave the flat in the same condition that you found it, so that I can return the deposit (which is blocked from Airbnb, similar to a car rental ) without any deductions.
LUGGAGE STORAGE
As a luggage storage facility I suggest Zoo(logischer) Garten Train station and also at Hauptbahnhof and Alexanderplatz, which has plenty of cheap lockers.
