There's a 3 year manufacturer's warranty on the Wonderest mattress, this excludes when the product is used for commercial purposes. Please retain the warranty card inside the box for details and for future reference. What do I need to do if I need to make a warranty claim? If you have any issues with the product that you have received, please email us at info@thebedpeople.co.nz and provide the order number, full details and the fault, including photos. What do I do if I receive a damaged product? Please reject the delivery if you notice the product is damaged. What is your refund/returns policy? Please choose carefully, as we do not refund if you change your mind. There is no 60 Day Comfort Guarantee on Wonderest mattresses.
We will meet our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act. Bob’s Guarantee means we can put your mind at ease and take the risk out of buying a bed. Our 60 Day Guarantee is unique to our customers. If you are not satisfied with your mattress or mattress and base purchase, please contact us no later than 60 Days after your mattress or mattress and base delivery to exchange it for a new mattress or mattress and base, under the following terms and conditions: A new water proof mattress protector must be purchased from our store at the time of purchasing the new mattress or mattress and base set and fitted to the mattress. The mattress and bed you purchased must be in a sanitary condition and clean, free of tears, burns and stains of any kind, or we will be unable to honor an exchange request. The guarantee and exchange will be void if the mattress is damaged. You must select the new mattress or mattress and base set and receive delivery within 60 days of your original purchase delivery date.
The new mattress or mattress and base set purchase must be of equal or greater value than the original purchase and the difference is to be at the customer's cost. Limit of one Exchange per customer Purchase.
