Mature area - This is for students who are over the age of 21. Postgraduate area - Usually 51-week courses and study after your initial degree. A Reservation Deposit of £350.00 is payable on acceptance of your offer of accommodation. The deposit is per person and needs to be paid within 7 days of the offer of accommodation. You will only be asked to pay a Reservation Deposit once you have been offered a place in accommodation.
You will only be offered a place in accommodation once you have been accepted on a course to study at the university. The Reservation Deposit will be deducted from your final term's payment of rent.
