This mattress replaced the horrible sleep number (purchased at the store) and to say that I am glad it was returned would be an understatement. The sleep number is a glorified air mattress NOT worth the cost. So after not sleeping for practically the full 100 night "free" trial (not free at all, they don't disclose that they charge a "pick up" fee) I decided that enough was enough so I turrned to HSN and they didn't dissapoint! We slept better in a couple of nights on this mattress than we had in almost 100 nights with the other one. We wanted something that wasn't too hard or soft. I also didn't want all gel because I feel too sunken in. This mattress is the perfect combination. The delivery was before the date given which was a much welcomed and needed surprise. A+++ to Simmons and HSN! Awesome bed I sleep so much better. I can move better when I get up. My doesn't hurt as much. Keep the good work up. Also awesome customer service. I too purchased this set when it was $200.00 off.
So glad I did! No more AM backaches. Sleep is so restful. Have a question though about mattress pad. Has anyone also purchased a protective pad? I want the Concierge Chevron pad. The mattress itself is a "pillow top"so I don't know if the sheets will fit over the pad AND mattress. Hope someone can answer this question. Let's be honest but purchasing a bed after only seeing it on television is a leap of faith. But after waking up with a back ache for months, I decided to take it. Everything you said was right on the money.only upsetting thing was delivery sucked. Waited 5 1/2 hours on a 2 hour window delivery. White gloves were just plain old exam gloves only on one hand. Wow, I feel like Sleeping Beauty! The most restful sleep I've had in years. My legs and back are not achy anymore. Beautiful set, I encourage anyone to try it, you won't send it back. Had the bed almost a week now, and i must say, im usually a terrible sleeper, but i do seem to be getting more sleep than ever, still wake in the night, but it is so comfy i just dont wanna get out of it well worth the money
The mattress is very comfortable. I was way overdue for a new one. The price was very comparable to the local store. The quality is very high. I unfortunately wasn't happy with the delivery aspect. Not flexible at all. I work Monday through Friday every week . The delivery company only delivered on Wednesday and couldn't give me a time frame until the day before. Now I commute about 45 minutes each way so it would be hard for me to leave work and then go back. To miss a day of work would have cost me quite a chunk so I had to have a friend stay at my house for the delivery. There needs to be a more flexible delivery option for those of us that work full time. The delivery guys were kinda rude also. Bought this for my daughter she loves it and said it was the best sleep she has had in a long time This mattress set is not only beautiful, but, I've never had such a comfortable rest. I've had many mattresses and never, one which even comes near this one. When it was being delivered, some neighbors in the lobby where I live kept saying what a beautiful set it is and whoever got that was going to have a great sleep that night.
