This chair cannot be beat for the price! Though it is a hydraulic chair, it does not go up as high as what I am use to in my chairs. I guess it means that I get a little more excercise by bending more! I do not expect the best chair at this price but I don't think that I could have come any closer to the perfect chair for the price. The chair is very comfortable to my clients and that is important to me. I do find that when I have a client who is of greater stature, the chair, when it is at the highest point and I let it go lower, it kinda jerks. It feels like it missed a queue of a true transfer from high to low. When it comes down to it, I would imagine that I could have had everything that I wanted in a hydraulic chair but at a cost of two to three times what I paid, therefore, the purchase of these chairs what the best one for me. Perfect for what I need. When you get it the material has a strong smell it's not a nasty smell but one that will give you a headache.
I am sure in time that will go away. Chair is comfortable for the price. Deff a good value for your money. Only problem is took me a long time to put together Bc the screws wouldn't line up with the pieces and holes. I had to leave one screw out Bc it wouldn't line up by just a hair. Since I had issues with the screws and getting them to line up properly I thought I had the arm rest screwed in enough just to get by buttttt it broke while it was being used. Glad it wasn't a. Paying client and it was just me. It is great for the value! I love the chair, it is comfortable and easy to clean. I wish it went a little higher but all in all I would recommend it. I purchased this chair thinking I'm not spending a fortune so I'm not expecting a perfect chair... However this chair is beyond disappointing. The hydraulic pump doesn't stay up so when I pump my clients up it makes an awful noise and slowly brings them down, it's not sturdy at all I've actually had several people almost fall out of it, not to mention it's EXTREMELY hard to rotate the chair.
I DO NOT recommend purchasing this chair, it's a rip off. Wonderful and very comfortable!! It came fast and was very easy to assemble!!!
