Been taking family vacations on the Panhandle for a quarter century and we've been doing business with Chip and BC4U for almost that long. Always try to get our chairs and umbrella PLUS our kayak and other fun gear from them. No need to lug around "stuff". They have the chairs / umbrellas set up every morning and they take... We rented our beach chairs through Beach Chairs 4 U and were very pleased with their service. I called the first day that we were at the beach and someone met me on the beach to pick out and pay for our chairs - $25/day for two chairs and an umbrella (we stayed 4 days). Ashley was very nice and... Ashley was great and had us set up in a prime spot every morning. Highly recommend if you don't want to lug beach chairs and umbrellas everyday. Every morning like clockwork our chairs and umbrellas were in place and ready for a day in the sun. The guys that set up and take down each day are friendly and accommodating at a fair price. It is easy to make the arrangements and I highly recommend them.
I was dismayed to see a bad review for Beach Chairs 4 U because I've been using this service for years. And have continued to use it. happily, several times in 2015. I'm a local resident, and being able to just call and order (not through a rental agency) has been super convenient for me. In 2014 late in the... We've been visiting this area annually for Fall Break the last 8 years. We always rent chairs and an umbrella from Beach Cahirs 4 U. Normally, we have been very pleased but this year they were less than accomodating. They collected the equipment rather early in the afternoon/evening so you cannot actually enjoy the beach sunset. In years past, they...John SmithI think the Owners need to screen their employees better. This is our first time to the area and we've staying in a private home that does not provide these items. Are there beach chair / umbrella rental companies right on the beach or do you need to reserve in advance from a company that will deliver to your residence?
We have small children with us and I would prefer to rent on the beach for multiple days to avoid lugging a bunch of gear with us everyday. There are a number of Beach Chair rental companies along 30A. Most will deliver to the beach and set up for you. they are a small company and I am not sure if they rent on any other stretch of the beach. is a new company with top of the line equipment and great service.
