My wife and I are going to be in Biloxi for a week in July. Does anyone know if it is possible to rent beach chairs and umbrellas right on the beach? I really know nothing of Beach rentals...but this is a man made beach..very lovely, can be very busy. Go west on 90...all the way to and including Bay St Louis...lovely ride. Our company employs housekeepers to clean your unit after your departure.
This is added to your rental fee at the time you make your reservation. However, we expect you to do a few basic clean up measures before departure. This means bagging and disposing of trash, putting dirty dishes in the dishwasher. Can I ask for specific room assignments and other special requests? Many of our guests stay with us year after year. Certain units become their "favorite home away from home". We will note any special requests. However, sometimes maintenance problems do occur or a condominium is sold. Do I have to arrive on a Saturday? No, you can arrive and depart any day of the week. Do you offer handicap rooms? The public areas in the buildings offer wheelchair access. We are not able to offer fully handicap accessible units. Check-in begins at 3:00pm but is not guaranteed until 6:00pm. Activity is brisk at the buildings and early check-in is not always possible. If you arrive early please enjoy the area attractions and call to see if early check in available .

Unlike hotels, valets are not available to transport luggage and personal belongings. Carts are provided at each location for a "lighter" check-in and check-out. Please return carts to the lobby when they are no longer needed. Carts can cause severe damage to a condominium hallway. Please do not take the carts inside the rental unit.
Can I use my credit card? Yes, Biloxi Beach Resort Rentals will accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover, and American Express. How does renting a condo differ from renting a hotel room? An individual unit is more spacious than a hotel or motel room. You will have a fully equipped kitchen, pools, grills, and hot tubs at your disposal. You will not have valet parking, bell service, daily maid service, or room service. Is there a minimum night stay? Yes, a 2 night minimum is required. We do have some properties that allow pets, please ask at the time of booking. What does the condo look like? Every unit either has a balcony facing the Gulf of Mexico or is within view of the Gulf. The condominium you rent is privately owned. Each unit is decorated individually by the owner. A one bedroom unit receives one (1) parking permit. A two or three bedroom unit receives two (2) parking permits. Any vehicle not displaying a parking permit will be towed. Jet skis, boats and RVs are not Can I rent beach chairs and umbrellas? Chairs and umbrellas may be rented daily and weekly through local beach service companies. Rental properties are equipped with the basics: Kitchen: dishwasher, microwave oven, electric oven, stove, blender, toaster, electric can opener, pots, pans, cutlery, dish ware and glassware. Living Area: color TV, cable connection, radio, vacuum cleaner and broom. Clothes Care: washer, dryer, iron and ironing board. A "starter kit" of bath tissue, paper towels, trash bags, bath soap, and dishwashing detergent is supplied. They are not replenished during your stay. We suggest you pack coffee filters, food storage bags, salt & pepper, cooking ingredients, paper productsPersonal items such as hair dryer, sunglasses, sunscreen and beach towels are not supplied. Towels and bed linens are provided. We request these linens not be taken to the beach. You need to bring your own beach towels and laundry detergent.
